Being a "Grandfathered" 32 pot licence held in the family since 1979, if the licence is sold as a whole then a further 8 pots will need to be transferred onto the licence (to make 40 in total) for SA Fisheries to permit the transfer to the new owner.
Whilst the licence is being offered as a whole, should there be multiple buyers at the full asking price then the package can be "broken" up into lobster pot quota units.
